Construction is complete, the doors are open, now let’s fill The Erratics with possibility.
Inside Out Theatre has completed construction on The Erratics Indie Arts Club, Calgary’s new home for indie theatre.
The Erratics is built on two bedrock values: accessibility and affordability. It is a home dedicated to Calgary’s indie arts community and centered on Deaf, Disability and Mad culture, a place where artists can take risks, audiences can gather, and everyone can feel that they belong.
Now we need your help to fill it.
The Erratics Bedrock Fund will help us fill the space with vibrant theatre, meaningful experiences, unexpected delights, and transformational programs. Your support will make it possible for Inside Out to continue creating opportunities for artists and audiences while ensuring that this new home remains accessible to the communities it was built for.
You’ll help bring projects like these to life at The Erratics:
Bent Boy, a new family play living at the beautiful intersection of disability and Indigenous cultures.
The Just Culture Club, a monthly gathering of Divergent Artists* where we connect, learn, and grow together in our art and identities.
The inaugural Dis-Topia City Festival of Disability Arts, showcasing the extraordinary work of Disabled artists from Calgary and across Canada.
Weekly community programs, dozens of accessible Good Host events, showcase presentations, artist gatherings, and so much more.

Inside Out’s Monthly Giving Program
About The Community of Do Gooders:
Each Do Gooder gives Inside Out a small monthly donation, that when combined fuels every corner of our work.
Some join because they’re fans of our shows and love the vibrancy of Deaf, Disabled, and Mad culture, others want to support our community classes and offer the sense of belonging to more Calgarians who need it, and still some Do Gooders are appreciators of The Good Host and our work in making Calgary culture accessible. A select few remain a mystery.
Whatever your reason, we think you’re great, so let’s do some good together!
