Stephanie Muendel-Moehr is a Hard of Hearing mother of two who grew up with a strong passion for Pantomime. She studied mime with prominent Canadian Pantomimesters Jesus Nunez and Guiseppe Condello. In Victoria Stephanie led a Sign Theatre program for two years and has a long history of teaching drama and mime to youth. While living in Germany Stephanie performed with the innovative and ground-breaking Freiburg "HandStand" Signing Troupe for three years. Stephanie is excited to be introducing Sign Theatre Workshops to Calgary.
Nicky Peeters was born in Belgium in 1970 and started acting at the early age of twelve. She later began writing, directing and started the Carpe Diem theatre company for adolescents exploring topics such as drug abuse, racism, and philosophy. Nicky graduated with a Degree in Adult Education from the University of Brussels, as well as a Masters in Theatre Arts from both the Universities of Brussels and Glasgow through and exchange program. For her practicum she worked with a theatre company for people with disabilities, and wrote her thesis on "how theatre can change people's perspectives about people with disabilities". Nicky moved to Calgary in 1999 and joined Inside Out in 2000. She currently works at Fort Calgary as the Special Events and Marketing Coordinator.
Samantha Grabinsky has a background in Community Rehabilitation having worked with people with disabilities for five years in Day Programming as well as Community Resource Facilitation. Samantha has a passion for community development, currently serving on the Board of Directors for Sexual Health Access Alberta, and through her previous work with the Haymarket Cafe Worker Owned Cooperative. As the Production Manager for Inside Out she is eager to gain experience using performance art as a means of exploring social justice issues.
Chris Sveistrup was born in Calgary and has been involved in musical theatre from a young age, performing with the Young Canadians, the Dubin Show and Dance-Sing as well as various community theatre groups. Chris also toured around Alberta with the rock band Riddler's Reason for five years. Chris currently facilitates three programs with Inside Out, recently using his recording studio experience to develop Living Voices: the Recording Project.
